Hi!

Where should I start?

My name is Alessandra and I am the mother of three kids.

Grown kids, really, but to a mom kids they will always be.

Raising them, often by trial and error, I learned, often as they themselves did, about their real or imagined needs, true or unfounded fears, favorite toys and games, health issues, falling teeth and tooth fairies, knee scrapes and dinosaur band-aids, feeding or bed time tantrums…or both! “NOOO! I DON’T WANNA!

Understandably, I didn’t want all that hard earned wisdom to go lost! That is why I decided to write about all of the above in three series of children books, which I would like to share with you. On the right column, and above, are sample pages of children books I have been working on. Links to these books are coming soon.

I hope you will enjoy “Every Morsel Matters” as much as I will revel in sharing stories, recollections, insights and fun facts with you!

P.S.: Almost forgot… English is my second language. I find it musical and love the way it rolls on my tongue! Although over the years I have kept wanting to learn it as well as I can master it, I still, both while speaking or writing, ‘Italianize’ the construction of some sentences. I have been told that the result is quite ‘charming’, and I certainly hope you agree.
