I was born and raised in Florence, the cradle of the Italian Renaissance.

After a degree in Visual Arts and Graphic Design, I have experimented with various techniques and applications, practicing graphic and fabric design, as well as designing labels for prestigious Tuscan wines.

My experience has spanned from Florence to New York where, while raising my family, I created “Antologia di Sassi”, ‘The Stones’ Anthology’. My paintings are in private collections throughout Italy, in Switzerland, Manhattan, Vail, CO, and Watch Hill, RI.

Writing and illustrating children books has always been in the back of my mind, and during the last couple of years I have enthusiastically embarked on this new and exciting enterprise.
